Terms and refunds
Plain terms for joining the community and using the guides.
What you are buying
Access to written guides, community chat, and — in the paid tiers — device-specific help and live support. Nothing is hosted for you. You work on your own device, at your own risk.
Your device, your responsibility
Unlocking a bootloader, rooting, flashing and building carry real risk. You can lose data, and in rare cases you can damage the device. The guides are written to reduce that risk and to help you recover, but the decision to proceed is yours. We are not liable for a device you modify.
What we distribute
We build from AOSP, which is licensed under Apache-2.0. We do not distribute Google applications, proprietary software, or another developer's work presented as our own. Where a build uses someone else's source, it is credited.
No piracy
Do not use the community to share paid applications, licence keys, or anything that circumvents software licensing. That is not what this is for, and it will get you removed.
Refunds
If a guide does not work for your device, email billing@nullhuman.dev within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it in full. No reason needed. After 14 days, purchases are final.
Membership
The monthly membership can be cancelled at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
No warranty
Guides and builds are provided as is. Android is a trademark of Google LLC. We are not affiliated with Google, Xiaomi, or any device manufacturer.
